Recipe
- 4 tsp liquid of sugar (4 tsp sugar + 30cc hot water)
- 5 tsp sugar
- 1 1/4 glass of milk
- 90gr galatin
- 1-2 tsp vanilla flavor (vanilla extract)
- 1 tsb corn flour mixed with water
How to make?
- give 90 gr galatin with hot milk, mixed them till done and let them be jelly for 5 minute
- while wait a galatin, made a liquid sugar
- next warm the milk with pot till had bubble, give a 5 tsp sugar and liquid sugar too
- and next give galatin to the pot stir them till no jelly of galatin
- wait till being white big bubble and give corn flour
- move out to the bowl and mix with mixer 5 - 10 minute till change color be white like pure milk
- give the icing sugar + corn flour on the bowl and put the marshmallow at there
- wait till 24 hour or for fast put them on frezer

Resep :
- 4 sdm gula cair
- 5 - 6 sdm gula pasir
- 90 gr galatin
- 1 1/4 gelas susu segar
- 1-2 sdm tepung maezena yg sdh di beri air
- 1 -2 vanilla extract
Cara :
- panaskan susu lalu beri galatin aduk hingga rata,biarkan 5 menit hingga beku
- panas kan susu di panci, hingga berbuih beri 4sdm gula pasir aduk rata,tunggu berbuih lagi beri gula cair
- aduk rata semua, lalu masukan galatin, aduk rata hingga galatin benar - benar meleleh
-tunggu hingga berbuih semua hingga putih dan keluar gelembung besar ( jgn di aduk lg jika galatin sudah hancur diam kan hingga mendidih)
- jika sudah beri 2sdm cairan tepung maezena aduk rata lalu diamkan lagi hingga mendidih putih
-lalu jika sudah angkat pindah ke baskom dan mixer hingga putih kaku 5- 10 menit, beri perasa vanilla
- selumnya siapkan cetakan yg sudah di tabur gula halus yg dicampur tepung maezena ( 1:2 )
- tiriskan, tunggu 24 jam diruang suhu normal,jika ingin cepat bisa di masukkan frezer
- jika sudah mengenyal, tabur tepung gula dan maezena lg lalu potong sesuai keinginan
