How to make mozarella by urseflt

Hi guys today I will give u recipe " how to make morzalela cheese homemade ". I got this recipe from my brother also seen some refferensi too.. before sorry I didn't had picture. For review picture on November I will post.

Ok this a what u needed :
- cheedar cheese 250gr
- milk 180 gr ( if u can find milk sweet cheese flavor)
- glatin 2 tsbp
- cold water 4 tsbp
- a pincy of salt
- mikly syrup 60gr

And let's get started
1 put glatin at small bowl and give a cold water, stir them if it's mix sure done, wait them 5 minute till frozzen like a jelly.

2. mix the all milk with cheedar cheese and warm they  with medium fire on stove

3. Then put the frozzen glatin to the milk with medium fire, keep stir them till bubbleling.

4. If done put them on freezer for 1 - 2 hours or more till frozzen, so is done

When u will use them after bake they will melthed if u oven them and thick .

Banana frozen recipe

This dessert so easy to make, and like a ice cream.also this a health dessert. Yesterday I made this dessert my brother really like it too. Just in 5 minute my dessert gone they eat lol. But the bad im forget for take a picture. Sorry guys...

Well this the recipe..
- 3 banana
- chocolate
- milky syrup
- oreo crumb or meises
- ice wood stick or cake pop stick
How to made?
1. Cut the banana be 2 pieces
2. Next put the stick on banana
3. Take the banana at frezeer for 2 - 3 hour or for good taste 1 night
4. Melt the chocolate  with steamer
5 take the frozen banana and pour the chocolate on banana and give a topping oreo crumb /milo /meises
It's done

Why Heaven?

Hi all so many person say why u choose heaven for place really u want go?

Well u know that all people want to heaven after died, also me. But not easy going to heaven, coz all people had karma or sins is so difficult go to there. Who make u can go to heaven is just God, not ur man, ur girls or ur parents. But so many people don't care about they karma or sins. 

Karma didn't will gone if didn't apologize to God and the person u do. Coz someday if not apologize that's will be boom on ur future life. Maybe today got happiness but when u had own family the karma will always on ur tree family.  

Heaven is the last destination, Heaven is the place of a peace. I'm also not perfect person cos I also had sins before and always made me scare. So many person tell in world is freedom, it's totaly big wrong. Coz if u at world is didn't had freedom so many path of life will u do bad or good.

That's why I'm choose heaven, also someday I want meet my little sister the person I missed. If I choose a country that didn't made will feel enough. And I also didn't want to long life in this world, I mean not till my age 70yo. So many people after bday say I hope u had a long life. 

So that's why heaven.. GBU keep trust God, praying no drink no drug don't forget churching..

Dinner bread couple recipe

Hi guys im cilla, ok today I will post recipe cruncy Dinner chocolate bread. By the way now is 2.00 am in here lol. I can't sleep coz im in not good. So sorry if maybe my english be bad or weird.

How? It's cute right? So let's got started 

Recipe :

250gr bread flour

1 glass of warm water + 1tbsp of yest

2 pcs milky powder / 4 - 5 tbsp 

Pincy of salt

3 tbsp sugar

Topping 

-white chocolate or dark

-oreo

- marshmallow

- cheese 

- jam etc..

(optinal what u like it) 

How to made? 

1 . Mix flour with water and yest (if yest done got fermentation 5 minute) 

2. Mix with milk powder, 1 eggs, salt and sugar with hand till dough be smooth ( 10 minute) 

3. If done fermentation on normal place for 45 minute, than made a few pieces and made a ball 

4. Next give the toping inside dough and put on cup

5 before go to oven u must give butter / white eggs on top bread

6 than bake on oven 120C for 25 minute - 35 minute ( im use manual oven)

7 and the last if done ( till golden brown) wait till cold and u can decorated with chocolate, and done

A: it's so many, ice cream cake, strawberry short cake,orange cake, rainbow cake, lava cake etc

A: next month I will made it,coz many request recipe. And I must tried one by one too.before give it the recipe 

Q: Christmas will come, what u do? And what's cake will u make? 

A: lol it 2 month again, that's still long. What I'm do, date, party, churching, ask pastor for help prayer for people hurting, cooking,holiday etc.. I will made so many cake and cookies, special edition christmas.

A: yes someone , before his ever made pork sandwich , salad,pizza too. But honest that very salt lol. Maybe coz his from different country so what his made is salt lol. I also ever made cheese cookies for Him and his like it so much, and said that's cookies really like his mom made it. :)

Mickey mouse fish

This fish really cute, and had so many color. Is Mickey Mouse fish, Why all people say is mickey mouse fish/ mickey mouse platy?

The Mickey Mouse Platy is also known as the Moonfish or the Southern Platyfish, and is a hybrid color variation of Xiphophorus maculatus platy. The Mickey Mouse Platy is so named because of the black mark at the base of the body, reaching into the tail that is shaped like Mickey Mouse's silhouette. Color forms of orange, yellow, red, and blue are the most common. Platys add brilliant colors to the aquarium as well as being very easy to keep, making them a great fish for beginners and accomplished aquarists alike.

The Mickey Mouse Platy requires a tank of at least 10 gallons that is densely planted with hardy plants like Java Fern and Java Moss. They are very peaceful fish and make an excellent addition to the community tank. Any other peaceful fish can be housed with them.

The Mickey Mouse Platy is a livebearer and is capable of reproducing at three to four months of age. The male is smaller and more brightly colored than the female, and can be distinguished by his gonopodium. The fry will most often reach maturity in a community tank.

The Mickey Mouse Platy is an omnivore that will eat commercially prepared flaked foods and algae, as well as freeze-dried bloodworms, tubifex, and brine shrimp.

Sweet Pizza (oreo and marshmallow)

Sweet Pizza ( Oreo Marshmallow), Oh this is really I love it so much. And really melting and yummy. Oreo,marshmallow and cheese jam be the one on pizza. 

All people really love oreo, so this very recommend for oreo lover ( like me, a oreo lover). Ok let's get start, so this is the recipe:

Pizza bread :

- 1 glass of warm milk + 1tbs yeast + 3tbs of sugar

- 250 gr premium bread flour 

- a pincy of salt 

Topping

- 20 pcs medium  already marshmallow cut 3 slice (u can made marshmallow by urselft, check my the other recipe, u can find marshmallow recipe)

- cheese jam ( well this one really hard to find it, u can skip or change with melt the cream cheese,with a milk and give a corn flour till turn be flan) 

- 70gr cheddar cheese

-5 tbs of meses 

- 10 tbs oreo crumb

- milky syrup

How to made the pizza bread is same like tutorial my beef pizza..

For topping 

1 .give the dough a cheese jam , give oreo crumb and meses

2. Give a cheddar cheese and next Give a marshmallow ( marshmallow in here for change the morzalela cheesy) 

3 and the last give the cheese jam again and oven them till 30 minute on 100•C. The marshmallow will melt like a morzalela. And if done give a milky syrup on the top for made taste more melting. 

So is done, and really nice.. kids really will love it and all lover of oreo too..

beef Pizza recipe

Hi guys!! I'm cilla, Today I will give recipe how to made beef pizza. Anyway im day by day so easy lost my memories, im getting old 26yo going 27 yo lol. 

Ok this is recipe of my pizza style  so easy, and so many people love them. Is Beef pizza, every week me and my brother made this. So this the recipe:

Pizza Bread :

- 1/2 tbs yest

-  1 glass of warm water

- 250gr premium bread flour 

- pincy of salt

- 2 tbs of sugar

Topping 

- 250gr cheedar cheese 

-250gr morzalela cheese ( optional, im not use this if I didn't had,is ok)

- 1 1/2 tbs mayonaise

- 6 tbs sauce tomato

- 6 tbs sauce chili 

- 1 - 2 tomato 

- 3 beef saegeuses

- 4 smoke beef 

( u can give paprika and onion too, if u like it) 

How to made? 

1. Made a hole on middle with Bread flour ,give warm water ( before mixed warm water with yest ,sugar and wait 5 minute) ,salt. Mix them all..

2. Made skiny dough with hand process u need 10 minute , for test press the dough with hand. If u press and the dough back be normal that's done.

3. Fermentation the dough 45 minute - 1 hours. Till them 3x more large than they first size. If done, punch them with ur hand.

4. Prepare the pizza plated, before u give the oil. And then put the dough at the plated  

 

5. Next is give topping, first give the sauce pizza ( tomato sauce, chili sauce, and mayonaise)

6. And put all topping on pizza,before oven the pizza u must fermentation again for 20 minute. If done bake them on oven at 100 •C for 20 minute - 30 minute

Milky Vanilla Marshmallow

Finally my milky Marshmallow done lol, happy!!

Recipe

- 4 tsp liquid of sugar (4 tsp sugar + 30cc hot water)

- 5 tsp sugar 

- 1 1/4 glass of milk

- 90gr galatin 

- 1-2 tsp vanilla flavor (vanilla extract) 

- 1 tsb corn flour mixed with water

How to make? 

- give 90 gr galatin with hot milk, mixed them till done and let them be jelly for 5 minute

- while wait a galatin, made a liquid sugar 

- next warm the milk with pot till had bubble, give a 5 tsp sugar and liquid sugar too

- and next give galatin to the pot stir them till no jelly of galatin 

- wait till being white big bubble and give corn flour

- move out to the bowl and mix with mixer 5 - 10 minute till change color be white like pure milk

- give the icing sugar + corn flour on the bowl and put the marshmallow at there

- wait till 24 hour or for fast put them on frezer 

Indonesian language

Resep :

- 4 sdm gula cair 

- 5 - 6 sdm gula pasir 

- 90 gr galatin

- 1 1/4 gelas susu segar 

- 1-2 sdm tepung maezena yg sdh di beri air

- 1 -2 vanilla extract

Cara :

- panaskan susu lalu beri galatin aduk hingga rata,biarkan 5 menit hingga beku 

- panas kan susu di panci, hingga berbuih beri 4sdm gula pasir aduk rata,tunggu berbuih lagi beri gula cair 

- aduk rata semua, lalu masukan galatin, aduk rata hingga galatin benar - benar meleleh 

-tunggu hingga berbuih semua hingga putih dan keluar gelembung besar ( jgn di aduk lg jika galatin sudah hancur diam kan hingga mendidih)

- jika sudah beri 2sdm cairan tepung maezena aduk rata lalu diamkan lagi hingga mendidih putih

-lalu jika sudah angkat pindah ke baskom dan mixer hingga putih kaku 5- 10 menit, beri perasa vanilla

- selumnya siapkan cetakan yg sudah di tabur gula halus yg dicampur  tepung maezena ( 1:2 ) 

- tiriskan, tunggu 24 jam diruang suhu normal,jika ingin cepat bisa di masukkan frezer 

- jika sudah mengenyal, tabur tepung gula dan maezena lg lalu potong sesuai keinginan

Cupcake Concept

This my plan of cupcake layer consept, at the middle cupcake is chocolate and nut. And marshmallow at the next layer. I want make this but still on experiment,to created nice taste.

First im want make marshmallow, im often fail to made marshmallow than cake lol.
If im done made I will post it.

Anyway I always drawing before made cake or cookies,cos that can help me for not wrong to bake or wrong concept. Almost all patisier I know also drawing they concept too.

Mikey Monster Inc Cookies, Heart Cookies and Squre Cookies

Today im learn more about cake and cookies, im not always done made cake or cookies. Sometimes I got faild too.

Yesterday I made Japanese roll cake but it's not going well, my sponge cake to thin so is get riped. Tomorrow I will try to made again,and learn, an never give up.

Today I made cookies again, is heart cookies, Mikey monster inc, and squre cookies. The cookies not going well too. Coz my green color food not looks good, so for Mikey monster inc looks like hiding.

well im made thats cookies at dark room no electrical just use 2 small candels for light ,so my cookies design is werd .but not failured cookies ,just the design looks little bit messy lol.

designing T-shirt for my friend

Well this design for my friends, I also like this design.
"Kill 'em with kindness", with splash of blood. That's design meaning whatever we had enemy or hated someone, we must be kindness to them. Even them hurt us (the blood) or really cruel (the bone) but we must be kindness.  ( well this like a selena gomez song, I also love her song.. I'm selena fans :)) .
