Mickey mouse and rainbow cookies

Hi I'm cilla, well before im got problem so I'm not write this blog. Today is a crazy day my dog almost killed a kitten neighbor's  lol. Anyways today im not going to tell that's, im last day tried to made slice surprise cookies. And that's recipe I got from eugenie kitchen, I learn from her tutorial. So what's im made last day. 

is "MICKEY MOUSE AND RAINBOW COOKIES", well when I'm 3 yo I really like mickey mouse, and that's till now. And my best friend elli always give me all things about mickey .

Ok lest get started!

1. U must made sketch ur cookies like eugenie do 

2. And than u made cookies cutter ( mickey ear, mickey face line, and mickey head)

3. Honest this really not easy, than rainbow cookies,u must be patient. 

4. If all ready, prepared the recipe for cookies

Recipe :

150g icing sugar

3 eggs yolk 

2 white eggs (for glue)

170g unsalt butter

310g cookies flour

A pincy of salt 

For coloring:

Food /cake coloring 

How to make 

- mixed all in bowl , till turn be dough

- give color with food coloring 

- use rolling pan ,and rest them at chill before u cutter the dough ( 30 minute) 

- than if done 30 minute, starts made a step by step of mickey with manual 

- face,head,eye, nose and ear. Made them be 4 section 

-than use white eggs for glue them 

- don't forget made the background too

If done before u slice rest them at chill for 1 hour, and than cut them 1cm
